Personal Strategy Session
This strategy session includes a full nutrition and health assessment followed by personalized recommendations and education.
Recommendations may cover diet/nutrition, exercise/activity, self-care, supplements, or other wellness topics.
The appointment can also be used to learn how to follow a special diet such as a vegan or ketogenic diet.
Gut Reset Program
This tailored program is designed to rebalance and reset your gut health. An unbalanced gut can lead to a host of discomforts including:

Weekly, Custom Meal Plans
Meal plan is tailored to special diet needs, food preferences, and number of household members. Each meal plan comes with a detailed shopping list, recipes with pictures, and tips. Favorite recipes can be tagged and included in future weeks. Home recipes can also be added.
