What type of appointment should I book?

If you're interested in a custom plan and/or coaching program:

Book an Initial Consultation-> This is a no-obligation, 1-hour appointment where we go through a full nutrition and health assessment. I will provide you with feedback, recommendations, and answer any questions you have relating to nutrition or available programs.

If you're interested in a single appointment with the option to book follow-ups as you wish.

Book a Personal Strategy Session-> This 90-minute appointment includes a nutrition and health assessment followed by a counseling session on your goal.

This appointment is a great choice for those who are unsure what type of diet is right for them, have questions regarding managing a health condition with nutrition, questions regarding supplements, or individuals looking for guidance following a special diet such as a vegan or ketogenic diet. Follow up sessions are available.
