Frequently Asked Questions
What are your success rates?
We have very high success rates because we are highly educated and experienced nutritionists and only work with personalized nutrition that takes the individual into consideration. In addition, a majority of our clients have weekly coaching sessions and access to our nutritionists between appointments. This helps keep them accountable and well supported.
Do I have to count calories?
For most of our clients, no. We focus on teaching you how to make good food decisions that are right for you and take care of the numbers for you. This way when you are on your own, you know how to enjoy eating without counting calories or points. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals and have a healthy relationship with food.
Do I have to buy pre-packaged food or supplements?
No! We work with foods you purchase at the grocery store (or restaurant) and there are no required supplements. We may recommend supplements based on your needs that are completely optional.

Do you take FSA’s (Flexible Spending Accounts)?
Yes, we can take FSA’s. However, we highly recommend you check with your account on what they consider coverable. Most FSA’s require certain diagnoses to be covered.

Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance as it rarely covers what people need to succeed long term. Most people need a personalized meal plan for direction and weekly coaching sessions for accountability, education, and support. Many insurance plans don’t offer any coverage and those who do may only cover 1-3 visits. No insurance covers meal plans.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. It’s important that you feel committed to making changes and overcoming challenges. We hold you accountable in a variety of ways.
